Pizza Max in Hamburg

In fact, you've been my favorite pizza delivery service for a long time. But the last delivery was really UNDERGROUND !!! The pizza was wrongly filled despite instructions and again not as ordered after a call and a new delivery. They were also completely dry, so that the dough crumbled. The topping was also dry and no cheese could be made out. Ordered extras like chilli fox etc. were missing. When we complained over the phone, the lady on the phone said that we could eat the wrong pizza until the "correct one" arrives. The driver complained to us because we had eaten some of it and wanted to take it back with us. Almost € 50 spent and a pot of pasta with ketchup would have been a better meal. If I have to count on this quality and service, I will never order from you again. Pity!!!

Really a cheek! You order something at a later time and then something is not delivered, the burgers were incomplete and there was a totally wrong burger that was even cheaper. When I asked them about the mistake, they wanted to give me 3 euros credit for the next order. After a long discussion you said they only deliver 2 out of 3 new burgers and if the 3rd is still to be delivered, we should hand over the others again. When asked what they wanted with them, there was no answer (after half an hour wait we had eaten them). After the phone call, the driver was sent off and rings the bell (house with more parties), we open the door and the supplier simply puts it in the hallway and leaves and we can still look for the food !!!!! Then comes the best, the burger that arrived incorrectly was also delivered incorrectly and was cold. So we'll never order there again !!

Pizza franchise. Fast and tasty.

I'm very satisfied. It all tastes very good. Delivery is fast. The goods are warm and fresh. The drivers are very friendly.

Catastrophe. After 1 hour and 20 minutes the food arrives COLD even though the branch is exactly 400 meters away. Make mistakes, send pizza elsewhere and still claim you are to blame. No apology or anything else. That was the last time I ordered in this branch. !!

Quality food and fast delivery, they also take ticket restaurant!

We have only had good experiences so far. The dishes ordered were always fresh and hot. The delivery time of approx. 30-45 minutes, some times even faster, are ok.

I come from ahrensburg and can tell you that I love pizza max, but this branch is the absolute snot, bad food, cardboard fries and the citizen was anything but tasty and fresh. Prefer to eat elsewhere ...

We have never really been disappointed so far (for over 10 years)! Sure, breakdowns happen, but "our" Pizza Max is really great! Since we moved from Washington Allee, we have not been able to collect it ourselves, but otherwise everything is always great!

Back then I often ordered from Pizza Max because it was the best pizza in the area. Unfortunately, my pizza (chicken supreme) tasted terrible the last time I ordered it. The pizza dough was tough and the pizza tasted very much like fish. I also cannot explain to myself how something can come about. The Tunk Tunk, i.e. the knobhole sauce, and the fast delivery time are commendable. I think it's a shame that the quality has deteriorated so much.

The pizza edge didn't work at all! To imagine: not even the Tung Tung dip could save the edge!

Nobody cares about the meal order notes. I repeated the order error more than three times

The pizzas are quite ok. What I didn't like, however, is that someone forgot to take a dip with me (can happen) and the supplier promised me to deliver it quickly. Nothing ever came. That wouldn't have been bad because of the one euro, but I would have liked a notification. I had also written that again by e-mail, but no answer at all. Feel a little ripped off there.

the food delivered did not match the order, we paid extra for the extras that were not there !!! thieves!!! the staff laughed at us on the phone and finally dropped the receiver. I will never order anything from them again.

I wouldn't even give a star if it were possible. Rude staff and the food was delicious a few years ago, now I find it inedible. The shop cannot criticize at all !!! If you complain the whole PizzaMax staff is at the door in the evening at 10 p.m. and wakes my daughter up because they can't take any criticism. Cheek !!! Never again !

2 pizzas ordered, magaritta and meatlover. Saying that the pizza was cold was due to the delivery time I also expected the pizzas were only lukewarm warm. The magaritta was okay, the meat lover was more of a swat. The pizza middle stuck on the middle of the cardboard and while trying to get the pizza off the cardboard, melted cardboard with pizza. In the picture you can see the abomination ..
